During 7+ years hunging around all kinds of sourcing channels & recruitment agencies, I have evidenced lots of interesting pieces of recruitment advertisement works. I fell putting them together and demonstrating their path of the evolution deriving from the newspaper, or even more ealier to astounding interactive works based on web 2.0, video, gaming and so forth could be quite inspiring.
Some of those works might make you laugh or some could enlighten your ideas on your piece of work. *_*
- I found this advertisement on the biggst Indian Job Portal, which attracted my eyeballs since it looked like a crane standing among chickens. Immediate divergent thinking for myself is that it could much more attract and convince the group of campus graduates, young professionals, which we called "Vitality" candidates. Furthermore, its unique sense of humor kept it in your mind in a long haul. That illustrates how creative can really influence your target audience.
From the above advertisement, I fell a little bit depressed since my dog belongs to the group of left hand. Will people also view me like the fat guy?!!! Just kidding

2. The following advertisement from IBM GBS (Global Consulting Services) was actually for business purpose. But it has the strong implication and inspiration for attracting consulting professionals to join IBM GBS. Slightly change could make it for recruitment purpose.
3. The last one I recommend here is a flash advertisement for IBM China "Blue Pathway Internship" program. It was specially designed for attracting on campus students to apply for IBM internship positions. It had been thousands of students downloaded and widely distributed on campus. Through it, students gained a clear and convincing picture what they could get from internship program and how it benefits their future career. The most fasinating thing is that it integrates comedy elements into the real experience, which makes students more easy-to-accept.
