Before we did the onsite promotion, firstly, we got strong support from GBS BUE to send a group mail to all GBS employees -"Talents matter to the success of our business. As we continue to hire top talents, it is great time now when competitors are weaker, and the Employee Referral is a great source and personally rewarding... ". And then, we conducted one online survey with gifts to attract GBS employee's attention and participation in order to learn more about their opinions and suggestion for better program effectiveness and efficiency. Within one week, we received more than 500 feedbacks, which showed how people were actively involved in the survey campaign.
To that date we distribute gifts, we put a special made LCD aside to play our promotion materials, which included ERBP poster, GBS Executives' interviews, promotion flash, GBS hot positions and cheerful moments. Perhaps you think LCD broadcasting is quite common used in the office environment. However, is that portable and can be pushed to anywhere, plug & play, contents updated through wireless? More important, there is one more function may surprise you. It's also a shoe polisher! When we put it into the lounge, you can imagine how excited those consultants are since they can watch hot positions on LCD while shining their shoes.
