JFPS China is going to hold the 4th Annual Recruiting and Staffing Conference 2009 (July 28-29, Shanghai), so called HR Excellence Week. Yes, I was honorably invited as the IBM speaker for the topic "Sourcing approaches sharing---uncover new avenues for identifying talent" (Day Two, Session Two). I have to say, it's a great opportunity for myself to get connections with other top HR professionals from a list of reputable multinational companies and consulting firms and more important for my insatiable learning curiosity.
The 1st HREW 2008 successfully attracted 400 audiences in a whole week. In-depth views and insights in Learning & Development, Organization Development and Recruiting and Staffing were shared and debated. Now HREW is back!

I am not sure what exactly I will present at this moment but definitely will focus on sourcing strategy and more IBM China practices. The practical and measureable sourcing solutions of the future are still somewhat unclear, but I believe I will be more insightful through the knowledge exchange on this event.
